How to initiate a return?

From your order, choose the item and the reason.

Seller’s answer
The seller answers within 3 days; otherwise TISSLIT decides. Once approved, the return address appears on your order.

Send it back
Send the item in its original packaging within 7 days, then enter the tracking number.

Refund
The seller receives and inspects the item within 10 days of dispatch; the refund is triggered after this inspection.
Return shipping is paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by the seller when the item is not as described, defective or wrong; for other reasons, TISSLIT decides.
