  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Store credit

6. Wrong Item Delivered

If you received the wrong item, the vendor must:

  • Accept the return at no additional cost to the customer
  • Send the correct item or issue a refund

7. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the vendor receives the product, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may take:

  • 3–7 business days for processing
  • Up to 10 business days for the bank to reflect the refund

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise specified.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the vendor is at fault (wrong, defective, damaged item): return shipping is free.
  • If the customer decides to return for personal reasons: customer pays return shipping.

Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.


9. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the item is:

  • In stock
  • In new and unused condition

If exchanges are not possible, a refund will be issued instead.


10. Packages Lost in Transit

If a package is lost by the carrier:

Tisslit Market acts as an intermediary marketplace. Vendors are solely responsible for products they sell and for handling returns and refunds. Tisslit Market cannot be held liable for:

  • Vendor mistakes or delays
  • Carrier delays or delivery failures
  • Products not matching customer expectations
  • Loss or damage caused by incorrect packaging by the vendor
